@Jerry I like the classic Falls City, it just has character built in by it's obvious use. The Bear has Jerry written all over it!!!!!
Having attended no less than 8 weddings already this year I am somewhat of a connoisseur of "the" wedding reception. Some newly marrieds have begun giving party favors to their guests. Typically we have seen small bags of candy or a can cooler with the newlyweds names and dates printed on them. But last week they gave out a skeleton key bottle opener. Something a little different for a change.
I have a few others in my tool box one from Klein for sure you can see pretty much what gets used most I might have a few in my truck my kids give me some liquor or gun brand whatever. The wooden set is carved and originated in Germany that's all I know of the story it's been with me a long time and my family longer. I keep it on my bar and use it there. The others get drug around cookouts crawfish boils etc.
Here's a few of mine ... nothing fancy. I prefer utility and kitchy over tacticool. I usually have a Alox SAK Cadet in my pocket as well but didn't take pics of mine .... one in orange, red, and black. Edit ... hmmmm. Forgot to click the "full size" button when uploading the images so I guess there is still a learning curve to the new forum. These are my daily users ... in the kitchen drawer, on the kitchen fridge, on the beer fridge in the garage, mounted on my storage bench, and yet to be mounted newest one from my wife.
Side note - if anyone collects the LaRue Christmas Dillos I have no sentimental attachment to them. I'd be willing to trade or sell them for something else cool. At one time I had a bunch of them but have given them away over the years when visitors to your home commented on them.
These 2 ride in the toolbox I have a snap-on and either a Mac or Matco not sure floating around at work I'll try and dig them up
