Sweet! I'm not really into the futuristic or avatar-ish type movies, but Ready Player One was a damn good movie, albeit a few cheesy parts.
My wife monopolized the tv so she could burn through the latest season of orange is the new black. She’s done so I can finish Star Trek deep space nine.
watch 'the day after' from 1983. Was a made for tv movie that I vaguely remembered watching as a kid. Production quality was ok but it was quite effective in ratcheting up the tension. I can't imagine how people dealt with that in 83 during the height of the cold war.
I watched Sandlot last night with a friend of mine. It was the 25th Anniversary of when it came out. They played it at the original field where it was filmed and most of the kids from the movie were there doing a Q&A as well as an autograph signing.
Just finished oceans 8 and it's pretty slow and nothing like the other Ocean movies. However, Sandra Bullock still looks good, almost as good as when she was in demolition man.
Arizona, one of the dumbest movies I've ever seen. Jacob's ladder (1990), weird but pretty good. Summer of '84, really good, brought back some memories from that time, not the serial killer part tho lol. Time trap, mostly decent but a few cheesy parts. Deadpool 2,..... See review for Arizona
Watched reprisal tonight, another Bruce Willis flop. I think he needs to retire as his latest movies, like acts of violence, are just blah. Same crap different movie and his acting got a lot worse.
A Movie about the most famous German Survival Guy. He was my biggest Hero when I was a kid. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rüdiger_Nehberg
