We took a quick camping trip up to Sage Hen Reservoir about two hours outside of Boise. As my wife put it, this was an exercise in flexibility. On the way I realized I had forgotten eggs for breakfast, cheese for the dutch oven pizzas, our camp chairs, milk for the kids and creamer for the coffee. Not all the end of the world but compounded to be irritated with myself . When we arrived, the camp host had made a mistake and allowed another group to take our spot so he gave us a different spot further from the water but also much bigger so it wasn't too much of a loss. Regardless the trip was fun, the kids had a blast, and we got to experience a new part of the state. Here is some pictures: Pine sap for later projects. trying out a new kitchen set up.
It worked out pretty well. I plan to add a dish drying rack and a super absorbent towel to stay with it all the time.
It only takes a few minutes. The base sort of “accordions” out and the table top fold and clips in place. The back rods slide in like a key mod mount and Velcro in place. It is from Cabelas and was not very expensive.
I'll have to check these out. We keep our camp set up pretty simple but a set up kitchen would be very nice. Thanks!
