Wow. That's really awesome. Stuff like that really makes me wanna stop sweating the small stuff and just smile more. Very cool video.
People playing real instruments. Seems like a novelty in this day and age. Stick with it for at least the first 5 minutes and I bet you'll end up watching the whole thing...
I bought a kukri today. Oh, sorry ... music. I'm always OT. Super busy. No time to choose music. Songs -- music with lyrics -- just stick in my head for days. I've lost count of how many times Hotel California played up there when I was trying to sleep at 4 am. "... gathered for the feast. They stab it with their steely knives, but they just can't kill the beast." So I prefer instrumentals. Complex instrumentals, like the two in my sig line right now. Just think of them as a form of jazz. It speaks to me on a different, more reptilian level.
Most here don't like electronica -- it's an acquired taste (like kimchi or haggis) -- so I'll go back to my roots. I was 19 when they played this. It speaks to me ... as a musician/drummer. It's a given in my music list. Lyrics? Listen to Santana's guitar. It's got the lyrics.
Just one more, then I'm off to sleep. I had to make sure that Eagles song about a California hotel doesn't disrupt my sleep in the a.m. This one speaks to me, but it's not so much the music as the visuals. As a student of videography -- which includes modifying time -- this one nails the ultra-slow.
hows about a little Helloween? I WANT OUT! (of the rat race in the city) LOVE LOVE LOVE the drums and lyrics.
