    Spent the weekend with our extended SAR team family from North Carolina practicing a fairly difficult cave rescue scenario on the first day and a pretty simple rescue on the second day. Can't say enough good things about the SAR folks from Western NC. No matter the situation, when to comes to technical rescue it will get got if NC SAR has anything to do with it. Apologies to our patient, Patrick Rollins, for the extended water boarding session.

    Yep, I've got some down time now until Field Survival but there's a ton of bush hogging to do on the farm and a lot of other work to catch up on. Wendy flies out in the morning on a Team Rubicon op so it's still non-stop for some of us!
