It's done just like the ESEE 4 kydex. No eyelets, just hardware. I rather like it, as it makes it easy to open the sheath up to get any debris out if nessecary.

Something I am a little surprised about tho, is the lack of the velcro patch field on the back and top of the hat. No reflective square patch...

Sheath made by @STPNWLF for my esee 4. This thing is sweet and very well made and the detail to match the knife is awesome! 20180608_193846.jpg FB_IMG_1528504906001.jpg

From this morning's trip to our local REI for their Garage Sale.
Merrell MOAB 2 Ventilators, brand new without tags. They were in the garage sale because a rivet broke on one of the lace hooks. How much? Wait for it, wait for it...$22.
The Salomon hat was new with tags for $6.

Fresh clippage for my ZT and Kershaw, courtesy of MXG Gear.

The deep ride clip for the Kershaw in particular is a welcome upgrade.

That's an excellent compass! My Silva Ranger developed a bubble so it's going to be replaced with an MC-2 very soon.

I've never owned another compass so I can't compare the MC-2 to anything else. But I've carried mine for about 3 years in my daily pack. I love it.
