Allen is alway on the ball, cranking out cool plastic stuff for us. I thought it might be nice to have a thread where we could post up the goodies he makes for us. With the caveat that he can "borrow" pics or verbiage we post to use as advertising or promotion for his business. Fair?

He spent some time and effort making me some sheaths for an 18" machete, per my request he did these out of super thick Kydex. Now doing a blade this long could not have been easy, but the fit and retention is perfect. I haven't gotten to do much other than what you see here, but the mud is calling! Soon..very soon.

I am going to paint these, a rattle can of green and brown with some grass as a stencil. They will be beautiful.

Allen did this taco for my Skrama a while back. I like this beastie but its mostly for kitchen work. Too short for machete use IMHO. Sorry Mr Allen, I couldn't remember where I had the photo stored.

Mr Allen also did these pancakes. These would be great for you guys that just want to lash your sheath to something. They don't have quite the retention power of the taco styles although that might be adjustable to a certain degre. When I say say he's obsessed with making the best sheath there is, It's an gigantic understatement.

I have had Allen do holsters and sheaths for me as well as some special rifle mag pouches. I even went to inspect his shop. I just don't trust my blades to anyone.

    Definitely Expat® Approved!

I had to send it to him, but I think @Allen Morrison is taking time off from kydex (don’t quote me on that)

Can you recommend another Kydex bender?

I thought I saw the 2.5 on Azwelke's site last time there. Not 100% certain but worth a look for sure.

For the 2.5 or any other kydex I would not hesitate to use @Armatus Carry

I'd have to go with @Allen Morrison sheath. I like sheaths that follows the shape of the knife as close as possible without excess bulk.
