Had taken most of my Esee collection to work yesterday to do some edge maintainance ....well I accidently left my bag in my truck last night which contained my Esee 5, esee3, , izzy, knifeart.com tri-stone, yeti 20oz, and peltors....my window was smashed and everything taken....I'm beyond livid right now.
As much as this sucks, this I why I leave my doors unlocked. If they want to steal something out of my vehicle, at least they won't have to break a window.
That sucks man, sorry to hear that.it happened to me last year around xmas, came to work to find all our tools, machines, ink and whatnot gone, nevermind the mess left behind in the shop. Maybe keep an eye on pawnshop for the next few weeks, maybe a flyer with pics of your knives.good luck man,i hate thieves too.
It wasn't Mikes fault I was a dumbass and Left my bag full of knives in my truck. I was excited about an upcoming interview with a different Agency and was in a rush to get inside and tell the Family... just plain forgot to bring it in. This is probably the 5th time someone has gone through our rigs....the other times I'd left my doors unlocked (I was raised in a place where that was common practice)....nothing but change was taken prior....needless to say I'm over this place.
I have no room to complain DSD...that was your business...this was just a damn bag of Knives. I think I'm most upset about the 5...that was a gift from my dad when I graduated the FA academy I was in a couple years ago.
Thieves are the lowest of lifeforms. Any time I hear about stolen goods I think of this: http://www.badassoftheweek.com/stolenipod.html
That's why you rig your truck to blow when the window gets smashed. You probably funded some 15 year old's next high.
**** Bro I forgot the 5 was what Pops had engraved for your graduation!!!!! I hope they fall on it while it's out the sheath! I'm glad you didn't lose the Junglas, LS and 6HM.
If it makes you feel better, he just might buy some junk and OD. Or more poetic, someone steals it all from him...... Most people want to beat a thief, and as much fun as that is, doesn't teach them anything except to hate. But you make them work to pay for what they took...... I have a friend who has a friend (yes one of those) who lives in Mexico. Friend's friend caught a guy breaking into his house. Not sure how, because I thought firearms were prohibited, but he has a firearm and used it to subdue said thief. Then called the cops. Cops showed up expecting a body, so when they saw the thief was still alive, they told friend's friend, don't call us unless the guy is dead next time. It's a strange system there. I should probably add that dude in Mexico has wealth, and friends with the cops. So that would explain his ability to have a firearm....
I wish we could catch'em and ratchet strap'em to a tree by @Frankenstein 's and pour honey all over so yogi takes care of business.
