Yep, very similar document mate. Not sure what idiot my lot got to write it......but I found a way to edit it in protest !!! Once one of my more junior staff started to argue the point with me and tell me how it was OK and how someone else agreed with him...as I am known to do, I simply asked if the other moron that agreed with him was the one that vetted and approved his final reports, and if not (clearly) he should shut the f up till he rose to my lofty heights and was able to make himself look like an idiot and have it approved. He never liked me anyway.....
We have forms for any incident/accident/"near miss"/machine issues that occurs at work. The stupid form starts name of injured party. I guess fred the ******* forklift truck will have to do. If i could i would happily post a few i filled out but rules. Its the ****test one fits all 7 page report ever. And you have to list who was working with them, 137 names is a bit please see appended overkill. God,if i wrote on this forum with the same articulation i am forced to at work, i would cut my thumbs off and rub salt in the wounds
