I am getting back into the ESEE game. I want a small fixed blade for EDC. I have owned all of the mentioned blades. I no longer have a 3 or 4. I just got an Izula back in. I have an Izula II on the way as well.

What would you recommend for EDC...and why?

    Thanks!

Iz and Iz 2 as they are small but capable.

    And 4
I consider them both perfect size. That’s the smallest I carry.

I like an izula with fullsize handles. Rides nice iwb with the factory clip when your wearing sweats or athletic wear with no belt or pockets.

I think everyone is going to have a favorite but I prefer the shape and size of the CR2.5 myself. I like the finer drop point blade and the thin handle shape. I've been carrying mine in the factory leather sheath for a while now and stopped carrying a folder all together last weekend just to test it out on EDC duty and I'm completely happy with it.

Stainless Izula with 2 sets of TKC handles...a standard set for when you want compact and concealable, and a set of extended scales for when you want more hand purchase.....2 knives in one with the benefit of a completely under appreciated stainless steel

I voted Esee 3, But a 3hm would be my choice carried in carhart dungarees side pocket just dropped in, an izzy, izzy 2 when clipped on or dropped in are good in that same pocket .
That being said I EDC a CR 2.5. I wasn't excited about buying it but I'll be damned if I don't use it all the time at work.

Izula drops into a pocket no problem.
izzy 2 fits in some pockets without the butt stabbing me in the hip socket.
prefer the handle on the izzy 2 over the stock 3
3hm or xancudo for back pocket or tool pocket carry.

Urban: 2.5 or izula ii because I can pocket them pretty easily.

Rural: 4 because it's a good all around size for me.

I carry an izula in my edc bag for work.
At home on farm, the 4.
