    Training day with ALEA Aviation, NW Alabama K9, Lawrence County Multi-Agency Search, and Rescue and RAT-SAR. K9/Handler lifts and patient extraction training from the state’s rescue Huey.

    How did the Dogs do with the helicopter ? I know some don't mind and others HATE it.

    Very cool! It’s funny how some dogs aren’t bothered by it at all. In fact often they’re more bothered by them overhead than getting in or repelling out. I will say rappelling from any platform is a lot more pleasant with a 55 pound malinois than my current 85 pound shepinois( but I would rather do that all day than having to throw his butt over fences in an urban search haha)
