mind if i ask what you paid? im considering one myself and the deals on them seem great. Im just concerned about it looking dated quickly
My bad. I can delete the post if you prefer ? I thought it was only ESEE clones and clones of ugly children that were frowned upon. The Clone itself isn't even of a US made product. The Russian forums should be angry.
I'm alright with things like Woodlore Clones (and similar), essentially just the same pattern, made by other makers, so long as they don't try to pass their work off as the original. When anybody tries to pass a knockoff off as an original is where I draw the line. And that goes for all items. Supporting such behavior by sending them your money is just as shameful, IMO. Means more fakes floating around here in North America (I'm not implying you would ever try to pass it off on someone else, just that they're here), and more business sent to criminals who are indirectly stealing from the original creator. Just because the maker is Russian doesn't make the theft of his design and intellectual property any less dishonorable. USA made products aren't the only things in the world. In my mind, even as a broke arse student, if I want a high end product and can't afford it, I wait, and try to save up for the real deal. I wouldn't even consider buying a blatant knockoff. *Steps down from soapbox*
How do you know it was theft ? He may be getting a royalty from the Asians for all you know. There's talk that Dimitry gave one or more Chinese factories permission. But it's just a rumor as far as I know. Fact is, it's really between Dimitry and China knife factories. And frankly, I really don't care what people here or anywhere think. As I have yet to meet someone who is perfect enough to judge anyone. Especially those who know nothing and assume everything.

I don't own a Titan and I've never been in one of the new ones. So take my advice with a grain of salt. If you're looking for a diesel powered full size truck, I'd avoid the Titan. This is just my very biased opinion, but for roughly the same price, you can get close to twice the power from an F250 and you're getting the tried and true 6.7L Powerstroke engine. The Cummins that's in the Titan is a new platform as far as I'm aware and very underpowered for the price they're asking. Again, just my opinion.
Got my galaxy S8, I absolutely love this thing even though I had to sign my life over to the mobile overlords
I did but I paid a lot up front so I only get a little tiny bit hosed. I'll basically end up paying an extra $100 in the end and since I didn't have the full $1200 but definitely needed a new phone it was worth it to me
