This class will be a lot of fun. We will be working together when it comes to fire/shelter/food etc. James and I have discussed it a lot and I am really looking forward to it. Semo, Egypt will have you ready for it! Hope you can make it. You guys need to hound the rest of the nine and talk them into coming.

Getting close to go time. Started weaning off coffee and caffeine. Still working out and preparing the body. Mind is ready.

I was thinking suit and tie. That way i could use the suit and the tie as cordage.

If you go that route top hat and monicle(you can use it to start fires) are necessary.

Probably not a great thing for you to display down in AL/GA or up in the Appalachians.... just saying....

I had to ask 5.11 if they made those kilts in a L length....in the interests of modesty of course...

My wife started working on bow drill this past weekend. Lots of smoke and maybe an ember that went out but no fire. My only goal was a familiarization with the stance and working on smooth bow strokes. She always exceeds my expectations.

If I am able to make it I'm going in full throttle. I'm not weaning off of caffeine, sugar, carbs, or anything else.
It will not be fun either way. So, I'll probably have a Mt Dew pulling into the parking lot washing down a couple of sausage biscuits.

Gibson will have a Golden Corral-esque buffet in about 10 minutes once his boots hit the dirt. Doubt you all will go hungry. Last time I was in the woods with him, a large whitetail walked up and committed suicide in front of us.
