@Bobo03 is correct. It's 6 months, not 3 months for PayPal disputes, so you can rest easy. I know some of you have gotten anxious and decided to cancel your orders due to the delays. As I've said in the past, given the discount, I'm willing to accept the wait times. Sure, communication should be a bit better. Shipping times should be better. But the products are legit and the prices being offered are exceptional. Alan has gained my trust over 2 different orders at this point and I just went ahead and placed a third order for NINE knives. I'll keep you updated on the progress, but I'm nor particularly concerned. I used a credit card that doesn't get used for anything else anyways.
For me it wasn't necessarily the wait times but rather the fact that there were guys that ordered well after I did that received their knives sooner than I did. Furthermore, after being told on multiple occasions that my knives should arrive only to have them not arrive I chose to Cancel my order and ask for a refund. I do hope that Alan and unlimited get their act together. It has been expressed on multiple occasions that the price is exceptional, the knives are legit, but the wait times are exceptionally long. For those of you that want to roll the dice and hope to get your items ordered in a timely manner best of luck to you. I am fairly new to this forum and don't want to leave a sour taste in any members mouth but the way my situation with unlimited was handled was pathetic. Same as the other guy on more than one occasion tracking numbers were given that were not good, Alan replied to my emails sometimes quick but most of the time slow. In my opinion that's no way to do business especially when he has received a little bit of a blackeye on the forum due to the way all of the orders are being handled. Again best of luck to those who want to roll the dice and wait for your item to arrive. Unfortunately for me the price was good but the timing sucks. For those of you that have asked I did receive my refund so all is good there.
Alan, I placed an order for a CS Recon 1 and a few days later sent you an email and never heard back from you. So, will the orders you have now be fulfilled?
Got my ZT today. Alan did however contact me on multiple occasions with no prompt from me. Wait time like everyone else which I was fine with, just wish there was earlier communication.
I haven't received my order, but certainly have three commitments of tracking that weren't followed through (the last was when my order was about to walk out of the door, but it never did). I don't know what to make of this situation -- while UEW seems to be active responding to messages here, I am not sure why orders placed several weeks ago haven't shipped yet. [UPDATE] Received tracking.
