I got it today and it looks legit except it's missing the t on the word flashlight. I read that there are counterfeits out there but I bought from Amazon directly. 20220325_115259.jpg 20220325_114642.jpg

I wouldn't let "directly from Amazon" build any confidence.

I read somewhere that scammers might buy something then return a counterfeit for refund. The online seller might then sell it on with good faith.

I ended up selling the fenix's to my friend and got this instead. Thrunite tt20. Almost half the price, 1000 more Lumens, has a lockout feature, can tail stand and it's red :D. Just a better deal imo. The only thing I'm not crazy about is the ramping feature, but I'll get used to it. 20220329_120605.jpg

I've heard that also. Luckily I've never had an issue with Amazon, but there's always a first. Ebay on the other hand.. I bought a fake g-shock unknowingly, but I reported him, got my money back and got to keep the watch. It didn't last but a week though..

If my memory serves, I think that was Jeff Randall right here pertaining to his knives stating that he rarely had a problem with Amazon. Ebay on the other hand is not as reputable.

Yeah I think I remember seeing that also. The ones I did buy from eBay were either new from eCop or used ones that I knew were good to go. It's been a while though, the prices on the used ones tend to be higher than new ones.

Does anyone use sofirn lights? I'm wanting to replace my tool AA because I'm not crazy about the lit tail cap. I've watched some videos on some of the sofirns and I'm liking the interfaces of them, and I'm specifically looking at the sofirn SP10.

Anyone can be an "Amazon seller" anyone at all including makers of counterfeit anything.

Will easily light up a stop sign at 3-400 yards and still has a 2hr run time (high), low mode has 10% output.

Feels sturdy enough you could probably hammer a nail with it. Roughly the size of a Surefire G2. It’s pretty cool.

Sexy. A few things I don't like but the good outweighs the bad. I wish it were type c charging and the clip be reversible. My wuben 18650 battery works great in it, so I'll have a spare if needed. 20220509_160512.jpg

I was thinking about getting this one but is so similar to my UC40 UE that I've been holding off.

After years of being pissed at Chinese lights breaking, this one is going on a year of solid use and surviving my level of stupidity which is fairly high.
