Speaking of pork chops - 4 pieces + 4 onions, chopped and thrown into a pot with some sunflower oil, universal seasoning (similar to a veggie broth/ stock cube) and some black pepper. Less than an hour in the oven - the onions melted and the meat is tender. Very simple, fast and easy recipe, but tastes awesome. Some toasted bread is mandatory to dip in the sauce while it's still hot.

Perhaps it's so good because the 6 did all the cutting. Actually the fancy scales cut it and I just used the blade as a handle :D

Never spent this much on cheese before, but I'm glad I did. It has a parmesan taste to it but with a little bit of sweetness. Best with club crackers (I eat the multi grain) but I think it would be great grated on spaghetti, lasagna, or anything with a marinara sauce. 20211223_133346.jpg

Over-eating is a national sport in Bulgaria

The turkey is stuffed with rice, raisins and other stuff, laid on sauerkraut, wrapped in bacon, then wrapped in sauerkraut. Oven roasted on low temp for around 10 hours.
The pork leg is a 7 kg Jamon
