Well so much for fishing, it's been raining and not gonna stop for another week, I was going to test it on cleaning some trout but oh well. Who is the next person this goes to? I'll send it out Monday so it just won't be hanging onto it while it just sits here.

I’m probably not going to be able to keep up with anything on here for a few weeks. I’m in the United States Army Drill Sergeant Academy and I’ll be moving to Ft Benning afterwards.....as long as I don’t mess up. Have fun and keep posting pictures!

Just a heads up. I'm doing what I can with this but unfortunately work is going full blast at the moment. I'll make sure to get some time with it this weekend and have it shipped out first of next week.

No rush, in the same boat as you so If you need some extra time take it. We got coconuts all over the place in all stages of readiness so time is not an issue.

Ok so I didn't get to put it through anything unusual but I've been using it exclusively for day to day tasks. I really like this knife. Its balanced well, holds an edge, and the ergonomics are great. If I had to give it any negative feedback, it would be (in my opinion) the handle could be a half inch longer, and I'd like to see a taper or scalloped cutout at the front of the handle. I use a pinch grip, or similar type grip most often and I find this just more comfortable personally. Both of these are subjective and could vary person to person. Also I prefer a grippy texture on my knife scales, but this is something I'm sure could be changed if it was requested. All in all I'm impressed with the quality and overall style. This is definitely a great all around knife that could serve as a one and done for anything short of chopping.

Two weeks until graduation. From what I understand, the school should be downhill from here. I’m not going to lie, all the memorization verbatim was pretty rough.

Thank you for the feedback! I actually started tapering the front of the handle scales. I plan on keeping the handle the same size unless someone or a lot of people request otherwise. I’m thinking about looking into blade coatings eventually as well.

I'm personally not a fan of coatings but again, that's just a personal preference. The handle length isn't a deal breaker. It's fine how it is. From a balance standpoint its damn near perfect. However my hand was a tad large in a full grip. But I rarely use a grip like that so it's mostly a non issue.
