    oh yea....I forgot to tell you ....we are making a fillet knife now....also a Kukri, bowie, and 7" ESEE5.....and a Karambit

    I agree that stainless is a must for small knives especially if used for food prep. I'd prefer tougher stainless steels that are easy to sharpen such as aeb-l or 14c28n.

    I’ve been wanting ESEE to make a heavy hard use chopper for quite some time. The Junglas II in 1/4” thick stock would be sweet!!!

    7" ESEE 5... Calling it the Alabama ESEE 5....since no one can count past 5 anyway.... or maybe the ESEE 5+ .....or the ESEE 5 Super Size.....or better yet....... ESEE 5 Magnum....

    still sorting this out.....delivery will be Neveruary 2021
