Worth the time for sure. Pretty simple, just smoked Maldon sea salt, Red Eyed Hog Original, bullion cubes, chuck roast, pepperoncini peppers, toasted buns and provolone cheese. Use the Dutch oven full of au jus for dipping. I sautéed onions and mushrooms for some added flavor. Great but not necessary.

Luckily @Strigidae likes me more than Jeff so we were able to high jack a few high tech government computers last night and thwart Jeff’s evil plot to keep all that is Red Eyed Hog away from you fine people.
