Here is the belt keeper set up. Makes carrying a breeze. The default keepers have a D ring which works with the FSP but not most knife sheaths. Also you can fit a small trowel but you have to remove the trowel or saw to get the hatchet out so it’s not perfect.
Thanks man. Of course theee were hundreds i schlepped in the process. Ive always done it with a knife. Givson Axe is good stuff
It really cuts down the processing time for a spoon but youre right you have to be careful with fingers and the spoon.
Anymore Axe pics folks I just buckled down and ordered one of these finally. Definitely looking forward to checking it out.
Purdy... How's it point and how's it shoot? Been thinking about picking one up in .410 (if I can find one).
Best shotgun I’ve ever had my hands on! Gets on point quick and has the smoothest trigger pull. I mainly went with the Henry due to the changeable choked barrel.
Doesn't hurt that it's mighty easy on the eyes either. I have a Henry Big Boy 357. Henry makes some of the best blued steel and walnut around. Not that there's much of that left...
Exactly!! As soon as my local dealer gets the go ahead. I’m gonna order a 350 Legend in the single shot.
Been knocking out a lot of carving projects lately. The Gibson Axe has been getting a workout. Definitely really fun to work with.
My new Nessmuk trio... Carving jack is optional, SAK Farmer X is main folder. Anyone have thoughts on a way to carry the axe on my belt?
