Howdy all! I’m Chris from Southeast Missouri. I’m newish to the forum. Been a fan of ESEE since I received my 6 and Izula II several years ago. I only recently discovered the forums and realized what a wealth of knowledge (and some amazing BS) that is being discussed and passed on. I spend time in the woods hunting and hiking and I am looking forward to learning new skills in order to spend MORE time in the woods! I’m scheduled to take the bushcraft course in late March and I look forward to meeting a few of y’all. My wife watched a few videos and thinks that @Patrick Rollins “is so nice”... Thanks for having me and cheers!
My name is Matthew and I'm new to the forum. I'm from N.C. Looking forward to learning new things from you folks. I just purchased a Izula 2 and a Esse 4 from Smokey Mountain Knife Works. I'm wanting to learn more bushcraft and survival training . I love to hunt and recreational shoot.
It’s all in good fun. It seems that this crowd is high on sharing knowledge, practical (and fanciful) applications, busting chops, situational humor and spending a lot of time photographing gear. I dig it!
My Name is Steven. Living in Beautiful North Idaho! Electronics Engineer by trade, but I enjoy being in the woods and learning primitive skills. I became an ESEE fan since I started in Search and Rescue in 2010. Started with an ESEE 3 for small chores, but that guy is a great workhorse and tackles just about any task I throw at it.
Hello folks! Didn't realize there was a forum but saw the FB link and thought I'd join. A little about myself is in order I guess. I enjoy camping, hiking, offroading, shooting and just generally being outside. I've been eyeing a ESEE fixed blade of some flavor for a while and traded into a 4CP recently that I'm getting a feel for. I'm looking forward to learning new skills here and improving the ones that I have. I probably won't post a lot but I'll try to make them worth posting. Thanks for having me!
