I drug out my great uncle's old Sears tiller that my aunt gave my dad after he passed. That was one of the most interesting men I have ever known. He grew up as a poor farm kid in South Georgia and retired from the USAF as a LT COL and then retired from Lockheed. The gas tank is full of rust so I have to get that cleaned up so I can get it running to start getting a back yard garden started.
Michigan to now lockdown tonight at midnight. Luckily we can still shop for groceries but other than that I hope we don't kill each other lol. Stay safe everyone
Does anyone know some reputable websites for ordering 45 ammo? The few I went to are all out of stock. I just want one fmj, maybe 2. Thanks
I think it comes by the box and you cant get just one or two cartridges. Id look locally if i were you.
Gotcha. I looked at Walmart but they were sold out and I'm still not familiar with the area yet. I'll keep looking though
Walmart no longer sells handgun ammo. Good luck on your search nearly everything online is sold out. What isn't sold out is either expensive match or high end hollow points or the sellers have jacked up the prices. A local gun store or sporting goods store is your best bet right now but most of them are selling out as fast as they get it in.
Target sports USA has 5 boxes of ppu ball ammo. Natchez has the same ammo but the don't ship to Ga don't know about Michigan. Bass pro shop shows to have herters in stock. I found these on ammoseek most everyone is experiencing extended handling time right now. I ordered a case of .22 target ammo from Target sports USA on the 14th and haven't got the shipping confirmation yet they said expect 10 days then, now it is up to 15 day delay.
We were a little low on our usual stock. We're a family of 5 so we buy in bulk on a lot of stuff from Sam's. It had gotten pilfered the last couple years while the wife was in school but we had started building it back up. We were out of frozen chicken and low on burger. Not the end of the world. Plenty of TP and paper towels though. Did grab a few extra cans of Coleman gas while I had the wife's blessing!
I can’t stand on a rock and fish with nobody around, but I can go to Walmart and wander around like cattle in a stockyard. Closures and restrictions Fishing and shellfishing seasons: Beginning at midnight March 25 and lasting until at least 5 p.m. on April 8, WDFW is closing recreational fishing and shellfishing statewide in response to the governor’s order to ‘Stay Home, Stay Healthy’ and limit the spread of coronavirus. Wildlife areas & water access areas: In response to Gov. Inslee's "Stay Home, Stay Healthy"order, all wildlife areas and water access areas will close for at least two weeks starting March 25. WDFW officials deemed the closures necessary to reduce traveling around the state and support recommended social distancing and sanitization practices. Camping on state lands is closed until April 30.
That seems odd to me. Id think with all the food shortages they would want folks to be able to fish to eat. Dont know what their thinking is but im sure it wasnt an easy decision.
I agre , that seems really stupid. I was actually thinking of going camping for a while. I'm not sure if Michigan will follow suit to that but I pray not.
I agree, I think the most my state has done is close WMA's and some of the state parks, but as far as I know I could still go to a public place to fish.
Wow, last I heard Connecticut was actually planning to open their fresh water season early in order to minimize the opening day crowds and give people a solitary outdoor activity to help with mental health.
