Considering the constant new information coming out of South and Central America in regards to early civilizations in the Americas I think we can safely, at this point, say that no one has a clue how long folks have been wondering around here or how they got here. Maybe in another twenty years. Maybe.

It is good that the old theories are being tested and questioned more and more and scientists and historians aren't being laughed out of their jobs or blackballed for suggesting different origins like has happened in the past.

According to the local W-Mart manager..
Ammo is not scheduled to go on clearance until the next “Mod Change” which would be right after Halloween. But may start a little sooner.

You guys ever have a hard time deciding which knife to put on your belt? I do.

 

I brought far too many Esee's on this vacation. Same thing happens to me with flashlights and pocket knives.

 

No, I don’t use knives.

 

Well got it etched and stripped and started sanding and it unfortunately has some machine marks. However, with a little elbow grease and 320 grit sandpaper, they're coming out.

 

Finished and ready to go out. This one took about 12 hours because of the marks but it came out OK. Customer is happy and that's all that matters.

 

Kinda wishing things around here would pick up again....

Took the kiddos to the zoo.

They had a bunch of these displays around made of plastic trash found on beaches.

 

I found a place to live and I move in a week and a half.

 

No no no no no no heck no!! Lol! I found a room to rent up there and the roommate I have now don't know I'm moving. Yet. I'll make sure she has enough for rent for next month and I'll let her know when I'm up there.

The kiddos school had a theme every year (last years was superhero’s) this years is “Under the Sea”.
They have been working on decorating the whole school with recycled and repurposed items in a “under the sea” theme.
For example the main hallway into the school has a giant “jellyfish” that is made old spiral cut 2 liter bottles. They also have fish made of recycled plastic plates that have pre colored the clear ones and have textured and shaped with a blow dryer. The pre colored clear ones come out like stained. They then paint the bone clear ones that have been warped and textured and they end up cool also.

 

Need to make sure she don't do anything to my car also.. She's capable of anything. My first stop I'm changing my phone number too.

I’m not sure how often you change your number but I know personally I’ve had mine long enough it would def cause me problems to change it.
From what I understand a option you have is to port your number to something like “google voice” I believe it is. I have heard it’s like $10 or something and you would just get voicemails that would get sent to your phone. You get a new number from the phone company and you do not miss anyone important you might have forgotten to give your number to.
Again I do not know really anything about it but it’s one of those new fandangled things people are doing now.
