Color me even more impressed with my crocs. Wore them for the past two days planting a half acre of sweet potatoes and they were super comfortable and held up fine. Tried them after my red wings hurt my toe on the first day. The incline on the raised bed was too much for a leather boot, needed more flex.
I've been sporting crocs for years cuz they are so easy to slip on and off to run out to the mailbox or things like that. I prefer my kids to wear them while playing outside because when they get all muddy I just hose them off (the kids and the crocs)...My Mother-in-law bought the kids a big bag of "Croc Charms" a few weeks ago. I came home from work to find my daughter decorated mine for me....they still look like this.....I think some Expat Knives Croc Charms would be awesome!
My go to fishing shoes are the CROCS Swiftwater Sandals, great for wade fishing and they will not be pulled off of your foot if you get stuck in mud. Quick drying nylon uppers with a really good adjustable top-strap to secure them to your feet, a very breathable light-weight hiking sandal made for wet conditions.
I'm still waiting on those expat Croc charms..... a few months ago while I was cleaning out the gutters I stood on a wood rung ladder with soft soled shoes... my plantar fasciitis started flaring up badly within hours. I remembered reading about this thread so immediately put on my Crocs... it was going after two days... I started wearing them more after that and my brother-in-law noticed and sent me this meme..... now they are the only things I wear around him (on my feet....i wear clothes too.....except when no one else is home, then naked in Crocs is acceptable lol)
Flip Pallot wears them all the time. There has never been a more dignified Outdoorsman in the history of outdoors.
I have a camo pair my wife bought me, super comfortable. I like going to Wal Mart wearing those, pajama pants, and a wife beater
I'm wearing Crocs right now! I wear the flip-flops, on my 4th pair. Love them. The model is wear was supposed to be phased out 2 years ago but I still see them from time to time and buy them whenever I get the chance
My wife's in her fourth pair. She gets a furry pair every winter and a pair with shame holes in the spring. Hate to say it but I might get a pair. I'm tired of pressure washing the river mud off my keen sandals after fishing.
Flip recently posted a pic of his crocs that had gotten really slick on the bottom. He took a hot oyster knife and cut treads in them and they are like Sperry Topsiders now. I need to do that for my hunting pair. My going out night dancing ones still have plenty of tread.
I keep getting **** from @BigJake for my crocs at Bushcraft, I wear them all the time when I’m not barefoot.
I had indoor practice for my 11u baseball team on a gym floor and wore my crocs. Could field ground balls like a 11 year old.
