Ok you revised this? Or I didn't notice it all.

Gotcha on the heater core bypass, I'll give that abs workaround a shot also. As far as the battery goes, the one I just replaced was bought in December, but the one I just got was tested and it wasn't being charged or something was drawing from it, as you said also, but the alternator and voltage regulator checked out fine.
I've looked at the salvage yards around here and neither had an alternator or any part I needed really.

I was told about rock auto by another person also and their prices are definitely good! They sell a back bumper I need for 75 while 500 on ebay used and their alternators are much cheaper.

Yes its been very helpful, thank you! It's frustrating for sure but I'm holding up pretty good. Much better than I used to lol.
I'd love to get out on my own but no choice as of now. Branson and Hollister are limited on jobs but after the car is fixed, I'll start looking for something like that. I could do that for sure.

I may need to hurry getting to blue eye. This is my favorite bridge to go over at night. If there's no cars coming I'll turn off my lights half way through. Scares the crap out of my friends hah . Screenshot_20190513-230243_Facebook.jpg

    Oh...that not good!
I mean, good they're fixing it. Last time I went across it looked like it needed some help. But that's going to screw with the locals in that area. And more importantly, me. I guess it's up to Kimberling City into Branson if I need to leave from Blue Eye.
Oh well...I don't have to do that often.

Yeah definitely not good. Going through Kimberling City is a long a** way around. We take that way to go to eureka Springs also so I guess we won't be going there anytime soon.
It definitely needs work but I love the way it looks so I hope they can keep the character

This is the main reason I don't want to do the heater core, I don't have room lol. This is with the seat all the way back too. 20190514_124245.jpg

    @Drew RedBear

    1. Recline seat fully
    2. Sit in seat with legs and head facing out
    3. Tuck knees to chin, wrap arms below knees
    4. Pivot clockwise, bringing ankles over back of seat.
    5. Let head and arms drop towards floor board.
    6. Post video on this forum.:D

Um, I'd have better luck hiring the oompa loompas... Lol. Even if I could bend my body those ways, a video would never be taken, especially for your laughing pleasure. :p

And this is where the heater core is, it's just over the halfway point but more on the drivers side. I would have to become more than a contortionist to get to that lol. Do I need to plug up the heater core end? 20190514_153851.jpg

    I don’t think so.

Wonder if you can take out your radio and the middle part of the dash and reach it?

Haven’t even drawn out a plan for the other flowerbed, but I was tempted by this at work today so I nabbed it.

I had a different plant in mind for this corner, but this will work just as well and was too cool to pass up.

It may be tiny now, but will get to about 15’ tall and only 3’ or 4’ wide, so is perfect to tuck in on the corner.

Lots of room left to play with.

It's all one piece. I'd have to remove a lot to get to it.

I may shove a couple rags in the heater core end so it don't leak any fluid inside the engine area, in case there's and in it.

I was offered a nice accordion a while back and have been thinking about it since... I told the wifey and got the H to the N response...
So tonight I informed her that if she wouldn’t let me learn the accordion then I have decided to Learn to play the bag pipes!
She hasn’t spoken to me since :) Her reaction has been way worth it. :)

Dremel or Sawzall the dash in half. It helps a lot. I've done it more than once to cars I've owned. Depending on the vehicle's interior, sometimes you can't even tell that it wasn't two pieces from the factory.

don't think thats the heater core....see the Schrader Valve cap (like your car tire inflation plug) on that aluminum pipe? That is usually for recharging the Air Con with new chemicals

    I feel great.
