I’ve moved more toward pistol caliber carbines in the last few years. Sure I have a the prerequisite ar-15 and ak but I can shoot the pistol caliber guns at our indoor range. Right now I have rifles in .357 mag, 9mm and .44 mag. Lots of fun, easier on the wallet.

Sell me the AK! Think of all the ammo you could buy for the carbines.

Not going to happen. I actually like it more then shooting AR-15s. And I got a smoking deal on it so it’s mine for good.

I shot my PC Carbine. Put about 30 rounds through it, making sure the red dot sight was sighted in. I shot a mixture of 124 gr FMJ and HP, and 147 gr Subsonic FMJ. It handled everything fine. It was really quiet with the can installed.
I did have to reinstall the forward sling stud back 1 inch. My light was hitting it in its original position.
I also DuraCoated the stock in Desert Mirage Lizard.

I haven't fired it much after I first got it. I should be able to shoot it this weekend, make sure the pmags work fine.

I fired 20 rounds today through the 27 round PMag. Everything did fine.
Head shots were at 30 yards. Center mass was rapid shots at 15 yards.

Looks like Midwest Industries is making a rail for the Ruger PC Carbine, and a few other things too.
Supposed to go on sale May 1st.

Good to see the aftermarket picking up for these, still waiting to see more magwell adapters for them, I'd love to see a sig p320 mag adapter... but I guess glock mags are really cheap...

Factory free float rails and now .40sw versions available from ruger. I'm interested to see how .40 does out of a 16in barrel.

Curious about the 40 as well. My interest level will go way up if they put one out in 45acp or 10mm.

One of the comments on the video; the two point sling allows you to use it taken down as nunchucks. :D

Very easy, just like the ruger 10/22 take down, open the bolt, pull the lever in front of the mag, twist the barrel/forend and pull apart, seconds to take apart and reassemble. I don't own one yet but I have played with them in shops. Honestly just waiting for aftermarket mag well adapters for sig p320 magazines to come out since I don't own any pistols that take the current mag options and that is the main appeal to me, mag interchangeabilty. They are built really well for the price point, I was expecting a 10/22 feel but it feels more like you are holding a mini 14 (they are heavy) very solid stock, sights and action feel.
