    But there is no hook! The sad part is it doesn’t come on any of the large knives and it’s great to have

    You have got to make a dedicated thread about the greatness of the hook. I almost never have a use for it. Maybe you could provide some examples and open my eyes up to its awesomeness :D

    Grocery bags aside ;) I've got a video somewhere of me using it to drag a bunch of maple limbs. Looped some paracord around them and secured the other end to the hook.

    Those are good uses. My big use is for cooking gear. All my pots have bails and the lots lift easier with the hook.

    I like using it in the kitchen to help pull things out of either the oven or the toaster oven as well

    New scales arrived today. They fit well. There is a small gap by I think I can get it pressed on better. Tools fit in nice. Very rough grippy texture. Can’t complain.

    No they just press on like the stock scales.

    I had that putting on my vic plus scales for my ranger. I didn't have a vice, so it put it between two pillows on the floor and just put my weight on it with my knee and rolled around on it until the gap closed. Maybe that will work for this.
