I continue to be impressed by my HPG stuff and the men behind the company....after spending some quality time with Brothers Hill (Evan and Scot) and also Kevin McDowell I've become an even bigger fan....

Just got my shipping notification from @5col, so I'm looking forward to adding a recon harness to my kit bag. I think it'll be the perfect day trip setup.

Thanks for the order! The Recon Harness is excellent. I usually keep a Source Kangaroo Reservoir in mine, which feels like the right size and weight. Even without using the harness to carry anything, it feels like a more comfortable carry for the kit bag than the basic harness.

Thanks to @shaneadams90 for the pic from WFR back in June.

Got my Capture Flap the other day. Been looking forward to this one for a while now. It's a great addition to just about any HPG pack and installs in seconds. With a PALS ladder and hook-and-loop lining the inside, there are a lot of ways you could play around with this simple piece. $35 well spent, for sure.

I don't have a good pic of mine in use yet, but here's one from the HPG site, if you haven't seen it yet:

Picked up a shock cord insert panel from ITS to create a little more organization in the middle pocket of my Original Kit Bag V2. Works great:

Anyone checked out the “equipage” section on HPGs website. Good info for the beginner.

Stole the idea from HPG forums. Figured id post it here. Works to keep the g-hooks attached when not under stress.

Just got a Tarainsert panel. Pretty sweet way to create a little more internal organization.
