Not an entry but a pic I took in Mozambique of the camp kitchen/oven.... .....Jake the cook (who travelled with us) was somewhat bemused about my interest in his cooking style and kitchen.. !!
No pics but I ate from that and a couple similar for a couple of weeks. Really nice meals (including fresh bread rolls each day) that would be at home in anyone's house. This was the "kitchen sink" in another camp.. And the laundry in that camp as well (directly opposite to the kitchen)...
Not fair mod dude! Pouring spices on those is not considered "cooking" them. Plus it's not outside, per da rulez!
Archery season opened today in MO. In memory of last seasons archery success...deer steaks on the grill.
Further proof i wont win this months challenge. Im surprised a redneck of your caliber and local doesnt like oysters!
Tested out my new stove some more today. Ingredients all chopped up with the Becker BK7: cooking on the Tomshoo titanium alcohol stove Onions and chicken Kidneybeans, galapenos, soysauce and garlic added, and some tomato Let it cook a bit One tatsy meal ready to serve Tasted great, though it could probably have been better with some nice spices from @RedEyedHog
