Recently I was very fortunate to add these 2 beauties to my ever growing RAT/ESEE collection. Kindly offered up by @Paul Dengel & @Leeroy37 - thanks again guys!! Anyway, got me on to thinking, what do the RAT/ESEE crew have tucked away themselves? The first ones, rare ones and low numbers! Come on then @shaneadams90 , @Jeff Randall , @Mike Perrin , @Patrick Rollins and co, whatcha got? Everyone else can play too! If it's old and rare, put it up, let's see where all the good stuff is hidden!
That's a shame! Would be cool if there was a cabinet somewhere with the evolution of it all! I'd happily donate my older ones to such an effort! Thanks for getting back so quick as always!
Patrick has the 0001 PR4. Its been burned, stomped, batoned, and who knows what else. Collecting is relative. He collects patina.
So it looks like all 'the family silver' is sat with cretins like me and @Dougmau then (no offence brother)? Well then, the vault is empty, let's have a look into the virtual ones!
Used to have this Izula production prototype that I actually bought from Jeff's mom. I believe I sold it to @chops a couple years ago. IMG_4753 by D Hunley, on Flickr
Now that's the sort of thing I'm talking about! Thanks for that brother! Does @chops still have it? Come on buddy, let us know! Someone should pull together a list of the old and rare, perhaps see what's on here by the time we've squeezed the last drop of juice out of this thread! Hey @shaneadams90 you should try and scoop some of these up, start a museum over there, beats the hell out of the Instagrams! I'd visit!
I've got a totally naked unmarked Izula that Jeff was kind enough to have Shon send me. No coating, no engraving. Also have my ol' RAT Pack member knife kickin' around somewhere.
My RC-3MIL turns the ocassional head! A buddy of mine (@Anders Bach) just sourced a mint one that had found its way all the way to Denmark!
My first esee was the same as this one. Doesn’t look as good as yours anymore though. Will take a photo of it this week and post
As Simon said, found a brandnew RC3mil here in Denmark And a guy named Ralph was kind enough to send me the old RAT Izula all the way from the states
