I've managed to lay hands on a Kuko 7 from Dave Wenger. From the initial pictures I saw, I didn't think it was large enough to be functional in the roles that I pictured. I've been pleasantly surprised, and it has exceeded despite what I thought was a "smaller sized" Kuk variant.

Here are some pictures, I'll update this more as times goes along. Anyone else with and Wenger Blades is more than welcome to post their thoughts, pics, and experiences.

    Thanks!

Same here! It does look nice though. What's the thickness on that one?

Nice man.. Love Dave's work.. Recently picked up one of his Essential knives.. They're awesome.. Perfect little utility/EDC styled knife.. I also have it's bigger brother, the Ligaw, en-route soon too..

Keep trying to talk myself out of one of his Wiglif hawks.. I know they're a bit pricey, but they just look bad ass and fun.. :)

The Essential is the smaller of the two. It’s a perfect little EDC Knife.

After Buying a winkler and being dissapointed with the fit and finish I jumped on Daves List, got a belt 4 on the way and Im excited. If you want a knife from Dave now is the time, I have a feeling this guys wait list will get very long as he gets more popular.

I agree with Stewart. Dave’s work is awesome and I’m sure sooner than later most folks will recognize.

I’ve also got a Ligaw and Wiglif hawk. All are bad ass.

Its that unique style, When you get a maker that produces good quality gear that works with a unique twist buy fast because they will get busy. Since 2011 when I discovered internet forums and getting knives from the USA Ive watched heaps of makers go crazy, Adventure Sworn, SET, Turley, ML, fletcher, to name a few
