    FINALLY IT IS NICE OUTSIDE AND THE SNOW WE GOT LAST WEEK ALL MELTED!!!

    Got outside and did a 3 mile run today. Averaged 7:15 minute miles.

    Thanks! That was the fastest time I ever had while running outdoors! Two weeks from tomorrow is the 5k I have been training for. It is a small local one and there aren't a lot of hardcore runners in our area. Hoping to win a medal in my age bracket, we'll see how it goes...

    3.75 miles... felt really good, like I'm over the hump but didn't want to push it too much with really nice weather forecast for this next week. ;)
