Oh god I just got my kit finished... (for the 832nd time) I shouldn’t have come to this thread.... lol
Im adding a mouse trap to my kit. Just in case. Mice are everywhere and are useful for catching other critters or if needed eating my catch. Obviously a worse care scenario item.
keep notes! every time you go out in the woods, keep detailed notes about what you used , how often, what you didn't use, where its stowed in your kit (is it in a good spot?) etc etc . I pared down my Scout Rig LB kit a lot and now its really getting dialed in
That was part of my joke, I’m always changing and refining my kit. This post will just make me want other things lol
current load out. I'll prpbably retake these photos outdoors in the sun....the lighting inside was crap
Here is all the current kit I’m playing around with, gonna eventually sell off some of the other gear I have decided not to use... So I have a candle, fix n wax, paracord, bank line, a lantern and a bushchair. My fire/repair/sharpening kit Toilet kit My laser strike with fire kit(posted elsewhere on here) My wood craft axe and boreal 21 saw. The dry bags are my clothes and tarp setup. Shotgun scabbard setup for when I add hunting to the agenda... Cook kit, sling shot, fishing kit... I know I need to pair stuff down lol Current first aid kit waiting on a new pouch also posted elsewhere on the site... I’m working on making all my smaller kits modular so I can easily pick and choose what I want to grab for a weekend in the woods. Work in progress.

That came in an Apocabox a year or two ago. Creek might still have some on his site for sale. I haven’t seen one for sale otherwise.
