What are you guys doing? I have my pants laid out next to the bed with the pockets filled with my edc stuff... flashlight, Izula, phone etc. Another SureFire 6PX on the night stand next to my glasses. Hot G19 with light is in the lock box under the bed with an extra G17 mag A few years ago I kept my Benelli Supernova in a rack inside the closet... but have since moved it to the safe. It just didn’t seem necessary.
I sleep with a knife in my shorts pocket (a spyderco sage2 ...can't tell its there) a flashlight on the nightstand and a pump 12 on the top shelf of my closet...the shells are next to it....
I keep my gripchopped edc G22 on my side nightstand, a flashlight and earmuffs. Wife has a G27, flashlight and earmuffs on her side.
Zastava NPAP. Two mags jungle taped. Flashlight and phone on nightstand. I sleep nekid so there’s that to contend with too.
g17 with surefire x300, g43 (if i have time i'll put the g43 iwb), spare mags, surefire g2x tactical, and cell on the bedside table...mossberg 590-a1, ar-15, gun belt with a holster and spare mags for g17 and ar-15 inside the closet...also, a small backpack is in there with even more mags/ammo, a flashlight, spare batteries, cordage, and first aid kit.
Within reach of my bed: Ruger GP100 .357 with reloads Streamlight Pro-Tac 2AA(250 lumens) Phone Various knives And currently, "Blood Meridian" by Cormac McCarthy
I'm starting to think you're the real life John Wick!!! I keep at least one AR15 with a loaded 20rd pmag in the safe with a couple loaded 30rd pmags on top the safe along with a couple loaded 25rd 308 pmags for my Aero LR-308 if the threats get a bit ludicrous. Also keep my G20 10mm and a flashlight stashed in a coffee table compartment in our living room. Some of the things that occurred east of my location during the aftermath of hurricane Katrina influenced what I keep ready and where. As our daughter becomes ambulatory we plan to get a few coded lockbox pistol safes.
From left to right 30-30, 12ga., ESEE 6, Delta Elite 10mm w/, spare mag. 2AA maglight and a crank emergency radio/flashlight. I live in BFE, mostly ready for feral hogs, but if some idjit decides to break in the garden can always use more soil supplement.
