been going through el yucateco sauces lately. green habanero, extra hot, and their black sauce are all delicious, and i'm told their chipotle sauce is great, too. just haven't seen it local yet...
Franks and tabasco are great! Id also add valentinos for those that havent tried it. Not as hot as tapatio but better flavor i say.
Any of the Tabasco flavors are great, and it doesn't hurt that it's made an hour from where I live. Crystal hot sauce is my absolute favorite though, it's also made really close by.
My dad gets me this from his local brewery. Looks like it is available online too though. Oh, and i guess this is hello.
It goes in my pre-batter for frying fish and pretty much anything I need hot sauce for. Which reminds me we just ran out.
Shark Brand Sriracha (Medium, not Mild) is the best I've tried. I can only find it at Asian Markets (or online). For those that like Tabasco, Frank's or other vinegar-based hot sauce - TryMe Yucatan Sunshine is by far my favorite:
Crystal's is my go-to. Cajun Sunshine is good too, when I can find it. I marinate my chicken thighs in Crystals before breading in House of Autry. Then fry in peanut oil. Makes awesome fried chicken.
i have a slight heat addiction... who was it on this forum giving away dried peppers a couple years ago? tear gassed the house with a couple in a skillet on Christmas eve that year.
