I wanted to post here for New England members. I have emailed <a href="https://eseeknives.com/forums/index.php?members/468/" class="username" data-user="468, @Patrick Rollins">@Patrick Rollins</a> to determine the viability of my farm for a RAT class, and as part of this exploration process, I wanted to reach out to see if there are any forum members here who would want to attend a class in southeastern Massachusetts. Regarding price, the total student count will ultimately determine the price. Also, this is information gathering, there is no tentative date.<br />

I’m taking the land nav class next month and can use some guidance on what compass to get. Sent an email and was told the Suunto MC2 metric is the way to go. However, I don’t know the difference between the northern needle and global needle? Can someone suggest which one of those I’d be better served with? <br />

After the course I’m going to keep practicing land nav skills down here in south Florida. <br />

      <content:encoded><![CDATA[A few weeks back I had the privilege of instructing the first RAT Desert Survival &amp; Bushcraft class out in Winslow Arizona.  The students were great, and even though it was a small class (thanks 2020) a lot was shared and learned. Definitely looking forward to the next one, and other classes we’ll run out here in the future. <br />
